What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email, organisation, phone number and message. We also record the time of submission and basic technical data (such as country and browser type) to protect against spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals you request, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored securely with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and delivered to our business email. Access is restricted to authorised QNav staff.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws. Email contact@qnavtechnology.com.
